The laser etching performed on this Apple MacBook Pro is actually a tattoo that a filmmaker and great buddy of ours, Jeff O’Brien, has on his body.  It is based on an iconic tattoo design that was originally made popular by a tattooer named Sailor Jerry.  Jeff traced the art from his body, scanned the design, sent it in to Etchstar.com, and then we laser etched the tattoo design on his MacBook Pro.

He’s planning on adding another Sailor Jerry designed tattoo to his body and he’s saving space on his laptop for the same!  So you can truly call this, a ‘laptop tattoo’:
