Last Thursday, we were having a blast laser etching at the Techcrunch/Popsugar MeetUp — mostly laser etching and engraving cell phones (blackberries were the most popular, followed by iphones).  Later on in the night, a few fellows decided it would be a BRILLIANT idea to laser etch messages on their credit card and driver’s license.

Being the free wheeling and happy-go-lucky types, we decided to give it a try!

First up to deck was the driver’s license of Jason — he wanted “LEGIT” written under his photo:

Next up, we laser etched John’s Mastercard:

John got the inspiring (now he knows what to strive for…) and hilarious, “BALLER“, laser etched above his credit card numbers.

I hope they enjoy, it will provide the perfect pick-up line; legality wise, I don’t know the consequence.  Anybody know if Jason can get in trouble for modding his driver’s license?
