Recent speculation is burning up the blogosphere so we’ve tried to collect all the best sources here in one place.  Tuesday September 9th will be a big day for iPod fans according to the predictions of Digg’s Kevin Rose and Jason O’Grady’s “Apple Core” blog which recently ignited the internet chatterfire.  New images are starting to populate the preeminent sources of breaking gadget news- Gizmodo, Engadget and iLounge - including design schematics for the iPod nano and iPod touch.  The official unveiling will supposedly be made at Apple’s “Let’s Rock” event and look something like this:
