You will receive a padded, empty box via FedEx Ground containing a prepaid label for you to send us back your device via FedEx Ground. We customize it within three days and ship it back to you by the shipping method you choose at checkout.

If you are in a hurry and want the empty box via FedEx OVERNIGHT in all directions, be sure to select RUSH at checkout AND overnight shipping.
